This tour provides the opportunity to learn more about the remarkable bravery and sacrifice of the people and defenders of Malta who never gave up, not even in their darkest hour during World War II. A well informed three hour walk with Mathew from Colour My Travel whose genuine passion for the history of Malta was fascinating and infectious. So much to see and talk about.

Matthew was an excellent tour guide who kept us engaged and interested throughout the whole morning. His knowledge was fantastic, not just on WW2, but also on the history of the country going back to the 1500’s. Great tour, highly recommend for anyone visiting

Matthew is an absolute expert in his field. His explanations and stories of what Malta experienced during the war were incredible. He was a fantastic guide. Make sure you leave enough time at the end of the day to see St. Elmos. It was my favourite museum on the island. A trip to the lascaris and war hq tunnels is also a must.
Very good
