What To Expect

Triton Fountain
Designed and constructed between 1952 and 1959 under no less than three governing bodies, and conceived jointly by eminent sculptor Chevalier Vincent Apap, the fountain is definitely a welcome landmark to the city of Valletta.

Upper Barrakka Gardens
This is the perfect spot for a panoramic view of the Grand Harbor of Malta and the historical area of the Three Cities.

Lower Barrakka Gardens
From this vantage point we can enjoy the views of the entrance of the Grand Harbor, the Siege Bell and the Sacra Infrmeria, the old hospital of the Knights of St John where they would heal the sick and wounded without making distinction of creed, race or social status. Now holds the Mediterranean Conference Center, the largest conference hall in the Mediterranean sea.

Strait Street
Known as The Gut in the old times, this was the red light district of Valletta. The old bars and haunts have now been revamped and converted into trendy spots to dine and wine and be merry just like in the old times .
