Location. The Porto Azzurro Aparthotel is located in Xemxija, Malta, one kilometre from St Paul's Bay, and three kilometres from the sandy beaches of Mellieha Bay and Golden Bay. Valletta, the capital of Malta, is 18 kilometres from the hotel.

Hotel Features. A modern, six-storey complex of hotel rooms and apartments, the Porto Azzurro Aparthotel is sited overlooking St Paul's Bay. The freshwater outdoor pool is open during the summer, and features a waterfall and an adjacent sun terrace offering sea views. The complex also has an indoor swimming pool complete with spa tub, and houses a sauna and fitness suite. Other amenities include an Internet café, games room, television lounge, launderette, and mini-market. Motorists will find complimentary parking on site.

The Porto Fino restaurant at Porto Azzurro serves Maltese and Mediterranean dishes. The Avalon poolside bar offers drinks on the outdoor terrace.

The beaches at St Paul's Bay, Mellieha Bay, and Golden Bay feature a range of water sports, from windsurfing to snorkelling and scuba diving. The nearest golf course is 18 kilometres away at Marsa.

Guestrooms. The 110 guestrooms and apartments at Porto Azzurro are split between the hotel and the self-catering block. All are decorated in warm colours and feature modern furniture and balconies with views of the sea. Amenities include satellite television, direct- dial telephones, and safes.
