Expert Tip. Two kilometres from the hotel is the set of the 1980s film, Popeye, where a ramshackle collection of buildings make up the city of Sweethaven. The fictional town was originally built using thousands of planks, eight tons of nails and 2000 gallons of paint. The set still attracts a considerable amount of visitors, with Popeye-related shows regularly taking place for the tourists.
